I requested sugar, and it was never delivered, it was also difficult to communicate due to language barriers, resulting in multiple transfers to different lines. The wifi was unreliable during the last few nights of my stay, this.

The breakfast buffet presented an excellent selection with plenty of choices. Everything tasted fresh! The dinner buffet offered great value with a large selection. I enjoyed the lovely pool. It is perfect for relaxation with available sunbeds. Every staff member was happy and willing to help. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Really good Hotel Experience!

The breakfast buffet selection had a large choice with lots of fresh food. The room included Dove products for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! The air conditioning was powerful and effective. It kept the room very cool. The staff were all friendly and willing to help, I even extended my stay by two days!

The pool on the third floor is quite small, it may only fit two people at most. The spa was always closed, and the hammam does not exist. I hope they improve this to have a better experience.

The hotel provided an excellent buffet with a huge choice of fresh options available, plus a dinner buffet with a large choice for approximately £18 per person. Snacks had a good, reasonably priced choice.. everything was freshly prepared.

The hotel includes a lovely pool area, though it's not huge, so it might not be great for young children! The beach is accessible by courtesy bus and it includes plenty of sunbeds for relaxing. The location was excellent for my purposes.

The staff proved extremely professional and accommodating, addressing needs with promptness. The daily cleaning service team did a gold standard job of maintaining the rooms. I was provided good help from the employees during my stay.

My five-night visit proved good. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. The location allowed both relaxation and exploration. My room included a safe and climate control, convenient. I must especially commend the guest relations team for their attentive approach.
